By voluntarily attending the AZ Jet Center event, I agree that I and all attendees are of minimum age of 21, and understand that spiritous beverages (alcohol) will be served at the event. I accept full responsibility for my and any guest for whom I have purchased admission to the event, to engage in the responsible consumption of alcohol, agree not to sue and agree to waive all liability and indemnify The Jet Center Foundation, Jet Center Events, Wings of Humanity, Air 7, All partners, hosts, employees, volunteers, Venue City, and all persons, companies or entities in any way affiliated with the event. We acknowledge that rideshare and taxi services are available at our own expense and we will use such services at our sole discretion.
Photography and video may be used and I - on behalf of myself and all for whom I have purchased admission - waive all limitations and restrictions, expressly authorize the Jet Center Foundation to utilize my image and or likeness in the follow up of the event and future events.
